Measurements: 14 cm L x 4.4 cm W
Description: Small metal object with two handles. There is a screw going through the head holding it together. The head opens and closes and at the top, when closed is shaped like a circle.
History of Use: Would have been used to initially clip the nails in horseshoes and to cut metal and wires.
