Description:

Six molds with handle.

History of Use:

Developed from simple design circa 1400's in Paris.  It began as a single, then double, then 6, then 12 and 24.  The 6 hole design began in the 18th century.  Deveopment of kerosene in 1854 made the use of candles obsolete.
